“Eliminating waste”is the key to the smartest actions. We eliminate waste in all aspects of business between ourselves and our clients, including the waste of resources, inefficiencies at work, data preparation, excessive function of products, and the like.
ISO9001 and ISO14001, which are ranked as key technologies of our management, are being constructed and operated for the purpose of “eliminating waste.”
This key word is the same as that of the Toyota Motor Corporation, and it is this spirit we have worked since our establishment in 1978.
In the future also, the guidance of our clients, we hope to continue in this spirit.
We believe that the management philosophy of our company since its establishment, “eliminating waste” is vital in the creation of EMS (Environment Management Systems). For example, “the destruction of outdated products” is not only wasteful from a management point of view, but also a “waste of resources” and has an “adverse effect on the environment”. We thought that to “think about the person who made it” might be a short cut along the road to environmental preservation.
With the introduction of EMS, by promoting an environmental objective achievement plan aimed at continual improvements in our main field of business, we were able to improve our business and preserve the environment, simultaneously.

Development activities review the assess and confirm of designs using the LCA Life Cycle Assessment. LCA is a method that classifies and evaluates the degree of the product’s load on the environment throughout the entire processes between production and destruction. Through this we aim to increase the development and production of products that contribute to the preservation of the environment.
Production activities are aimed at reducing the use of chemical substances in painting processes, and the promotion of lead-free soldering.
We unearth and search the needs of customers worldwide to provide quality products and services of their demands.
For this purpose, we implement and improve our quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2000 continually.
We focus on an achievement of quality goals systems. We also aim to achieve our management policy with this systems as management improvement tools.

Our company’s philosophy of “eliminating waste” aims to improve customer satisfaction and is important as far as ISO9001-based activities are concerned.
Regarding the introduction of ISO9001, we decided to adjust our company’s QMS (Quality Management Systems) that was already in use to meet with the items demanded by ISO9001.
At the same time, we also decided to regularly review our PDCA cycle to ensure that the
“Plan, Do, Check, Action”
cycle was being executed correctly.
Based on this, customer satisfaction levels were measured using the 5 guidelines of Quality, Cost, Delivery period, Safety, and General, and a mechanism for continually improving the entire company’s management system was constructed.
